Will I get a mattress that somebody else has rejected?

No, all our mattresses are delivered brand new.

What is memory foam?

Memory foam, also known as visco elastic foam is heat sensitive and will slowly mould to your unique body shape helping to reduce pressure on joints.

Do memory foam mattresses have medical benefits?

Yes, memory foam has many medical benefits and is used in hospitals around the world to comfort patients and relieve pressure. The benefit of memory foam is that it moulds to your bodies contours relieving pressure points. This is helpful for muscles, joints, blood circulation, back & neck problems.

Are memory foam mattresses hypoallergenic?

Yes, they have low allergy properties and are dustmite resistant

How long will it take to adjust to sleeping on a new memory foam mattress?

Not long, within a week your body will adjust to the benefits of sleeping on your new memory foam mattress.

Will a memory foam mattress help improve my sleep?

Almost certainly, should you suffer from any ailments or aches pains this will help you have a more comfortable and restful sleep.

Do memory foam mattresses require turning?

No, memory foam mattresses should not be turned. However, it is recommended that the mattress is rotated (head to toe) occasionally.

Do memory foam mattresses have removable covers?

Yes, all our mattresses have zipped removable covers either for washing or dry cleaning. Additional covers are available and can be purchased separately.

Do memory foam mattresses have an odour?

Yes, for the first day or two after unpacking but this is quite normal and is not harmful. Once the mattress is exposed to the air the odour will disappear completely.

Are memory foam mattresses hot?

Memory foam mattresses have a unique open cell structure which allows air to circulate freely. They do though have the ability to retain body heat more efficiently than an ordinary mattress and you may need to reduce the bed covers accordingly.

Is a memory foam mattress suitable if a partner is a lot heavier?

Yes, when weight or movement are applied to one side of the mattress the other side is unaffected.

Coolmax is a fabric designed to move moisture away from the body maintaining a steady body temperature and keeping you cool and dry though out the night.
