At last! Healthmatters have now moved into their new purpose-built warehouse on the High Brooms Industrial Estate. Chairman and founder, Therese Kelly, said ‘We will be able to deliver a far higher standard of service from these premises. With 2500 sq ft of warehousing and dedicated sales offices, we can handle customer enquiries far more effectively and the warehouse team will have the space to turn orders round in under 24 hours if required’.
The company was founded seven years ago to focus on the supply of aids for daily living. It now supplies over two hundred product lines to leading rehabilitation companies in the UK.
At the beginning of 2007, the Healthmatters brand was established specifically to focus on developing the retail side of the business. The company teamed up with one of the largest UK foam converters to offer a range of very high quality memory foam mattresses.
The new warehouse allows the Company to store all mattresses in temperature controlled units to ensure that they remain in perfect condition until they are delivered to the customer.
Healthmatters also offers a unique ‘Risk-free trial’ on new mattresses. Simply pay a fully refundable £50 deposit from a credit card registered to the delivery address, and we will come and place the new mattress on your bed. We will take your old mattress away and store it whilst you try your new mattress.
